2,Order Marked as Delivered But Not Received

We shall  consider the order is delivered successfully and take no responsibility for the lost. If you do not have your order after 12 hours from the time the delivery status marked, please you may reach out to us, and we may try to help to find out.

3,Products Returned to warehouse

If your order is returned to our shipper’s warehouse because of, but not limited to a misspelled or incorrect address, we may not be able to find it , and it may considered a lost . We shall  consider the order is delivered successfully and take no responsibility for the lost. But, we will reship it if we can find it out and gain it back.

4,Returns & Refunds

We don’t accept returns.
A refund is appliable if your parcel should be lost on the way to your shipping address.
